F1 is a first generation cross between two purebred parents. Examples include cocker spaniel to poodle. F2 is two F1 crosses. Example groodle to groodle. F1b is a F1 cross to a purebred parent. An example is spoodle to poodle.
At BG&S, we aim to improve the breed and usually breed F1, F2 and F1B crosses. 

We live on 9 acres of beautiful land. We are in south Brisbane (30 mins from the city, 30 mins from the Gold Coast).

We like to focus our breeding program on mini sized groodles and spoodles. We occasionally breed a slightly larger dog that is a standard size

Our pups have 2 different types of coats. Wavy shaggy (fleece) to curly (wool). We base our breeding program on the genetics of our parents and aim to always produce low shedding to non shedding puppies. For people with allergies or asthma we recommend a curly (wool) coat puppy.

All our breeding dogs are selected for their clear DNA panels and excellent temperaments. Our breeding dogs are genetically tested through Embark and Orivet. This way we can offer our families a puppy that is free from hereditary diseases. Our breeding parents are tested for all breed specific illnesses.

Our puppies are born in our home and are lovingly nurtured from birth. We have a designated outdoor play run that puppies experience at 6 weeks. Pups have rest times in our home and play on the outdoor deck on warmer days. We follow the Bad Ass Breeder curriculum based program and aim to raise strong, confident and well adjusted puppies.

It is important not to take your puppy into public spaces until they have
completed all of their immunisations. Parvo virus is deadly to puppies and
can be contracted in any space where other dogs have been.

Our pups fly interstate and internationally.  We use Dogtainers as our travel specialists.  For a very reasonable price pups can safely be transported all around the world.

At Brisbane Groodles and Spoodles we hold puppy picking day at 6 weeks once we have completed puppy evaluations and puppy bonding days at 5,6 and 7 weeks. During these visits we open our home to families so that they can bond with their newest family member.
